Payment is required at the time of your consultation.

Please note, on weekdays, the following services are still bulk billed:

  • Children under 16 years of age
  • Pension Card Holder
  • DVA Gold Card Holder

Please note, We will be increasing our consultation fees that will take effect from 1st March 2024 which is indicated in the below fee table. 

This decision was made after careful consideration and reviews of our operating costs. We understand that raising our fees is not ideal but it is necessary to continue providing quality healthcare services to our patients.

  • Please note that medical consumables required for some procedures and medical report services will incur additional fees.
  • Procedures, including but not limited to the removal of moles and skin lesions, will attract a gap payment.
  • Patients claiming Worker's Compensation or Motor Vehicle Claims must pay for their accounts each time until they provide a letter of acceptance and claim number.
  • Please ask our reception staff if there are any out-of-pocket expenses for a particular procedure


Consultation is by appointment. Urgent cases will be seen on the day of request and will always be given priority. Appointments can be made by telephoning the practice, booking online or by visiting the practice in person.

Longer consultations are available; please advise reception if you require extra time when booking your appointment. If you require an insurance medical, review of a complex health problem, counseling for emotional difficulties or a second opinion about someone else’s management, please book a longer appointment. This may involve a longer wait but your problem will get the attention it deserves. Please bring relevant letters and test results from other doctors.

No Show and Cancellation of Appointment less than 1hours of notice

Please notify reception well in advance (minimum 2hr prior) if you are unable to attend an appointment. Failure to attend will incur a $30 cancellation fee.
